I just turned 17 back in march and i checked my height this morning and im about 5 feet 9 and a half inches, so i was wondering at what age do men stop growing and if theres any tips to increase your height with some sort of pills or something, as i would really like to make it to atleast 5 foot 11. Also i do lift dumbells almost everyday and i was wondering if that could effect me as i heard doing weights when your young stunts your growth.

Well, I’m a 17 year old guy and I’m only 5′8, I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to get to 6 feet, or at least grow tiny bit taller. I don’t care how much, I just need to get a bit taller. I’m not doing for the girls, taller people have an advantage in some sports (tennis, basketball, etc..) I’m starting to lose hope because I know that our height highly depends on our parents. I am turning 16 in December and I am like 5′7 5′8ish. My dad is 5′11 and my mom is 5′4. I know genetics play like 90% in your final adult height, but could you name some other ways to increase my height? no drugs and that crap.
