I have a lot of questions about height and only because my shoulders are a little big and i want to grow taller to balance the proportion and look a little thinner what are some tips on growing taller and if i do grow taller will it take of some weight. Also how do i tell if im big boned, small framed, or medium framed.
Big boned people will look broader generally in the back and shoulder region, small framed is short and slim usually, and medium framed is someone with a sort of hourglass shape figure/pear shaped.
Drinking milk will help calcium in bones, but won’t make you grow taller…nothing really will lol sorry.
BUT you can look taller by wearing certain clothes i.e vertical stripes will make you look slimmer and taller, long skirts and long maxi dresses with wedges underneath can make your body look elongated…
im 16 but im not happy with my 5′3ft height. Do you think i can still grow? And if i still can, what can I do to speed up the process? What age do girls stop growing and do you think I can make it to 5′6 by then?
You could still grow, but nothing will "speed up the process". Your growth is predetermined at conception by your genetic make-up.

U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don’t eat before 3 hrs of going to bed and soup it make u full and has less calories just avoid the cream and make the soup in this way mix veggies and water sort of a thick soup its very filling and sometimes tasty. You should look at how you are eating these days. Eating healthy food lets you have a healthy body. You should stop using food that has fat and contains sweets in it. Do exercises : In the morning stand erect keeping the legs 12/15 inches apart. Raise the hands and try to go backward from the waist as much as possible inhailing at the same time. The come forward an bend from the waist with extended hands while exhailing at the same time and touch the ground at least 8 to 10 times. 5. Also do exercise on single-bar, jogging, swimming & yogic exercises.
