I am 16 (17 in September) and I am 171 cm. I want to grow taller and be stronger. Please help
well, theres not too much u can do about being taller. there is one thing that is scientifically uncomfirmed but i think it sounds logical enough. it also helps the with strength. you should look into weight lifting. not only will it make u stronger, but if u follow a nutrition plan with it your body will be more nourished and in a better state for growing. also, the testosterone created through weight lifting may help you grow. it has been seen for example that some women grow several centimeters after giving birth becuase of all the hormones during pregnancy.
