Take 1 glass of gpld/silver/copper charged water reduced from 2 glasses and then 2 glasses reduced from 4 glasses. 2.Take about 75/100 grams of sprouted pulses ( Mung-channa)daily. It should be chewed thoroughly. Jaggery sesame (TEEL) can be mixed with them. 3. Drink 1 to cups of green juice daily adding therein caarots and ginger plus honey. 4. Do exercises : In the morning stand erect keeping the legs 12/15 inches apart. Raise the hands and try to go backward from the waist as much as possible inhailing at the same time. The come forward an bend from the waist with extended hands while exhailing at the same time and touch the ground at least 8 to 10 times. 5. Also do exercise on single-bar, jogging, swimming & yogic exercises.

What foods should I eat to help me grow taller and lose weight?
Current weight and height: 5′1 145lb.
My doctor said she guessed I will grow to be anywhere between 5′5 and 5′7. And she said a good weight for me, is anywhere between 125 and 135lb. I want to weigh 130lb. Well anyway, I wanted to know of some good, healthy foods that would help me grow taller and lose weight. I’d also like to hear of some good exersice tips/strategies/methods. My goal is to weigh 130lb. and be at least a few inches taller by July, when I go to the beach. Thank you!
